The Empowered Group of Ministers will meet on Thursday as well in an effort to resolve the stalemate over vacation of spectrum by the Defence forces.

Even as the date for the auction process nears, there is lack of clarity over the real number of slots available for auctioning in each circle. The issue has raised to such a level that there are concerns it may lead to another delay in the 3G spectrum auctioning.
