 Uninor which launched its services in 7 circles said that it is aiming for an 8% market share in the Indian mobile services market by 2018.
Furthermore the company says it expects EBITDA break-even within three years and cash flow break-even within five years.
“Operators in Europe had to pass a much longer break even period when they launched their services. But over time the telecom industry has reached a level of standardization and we have gained certain operational expertise which will help us to achieve the break-even in such a shorter time period even under intense competitive market forces,” said Stein-Erik Vellan, MD Unitech Wireless. |
