Tata Tele demands GSM spectrum in 39 districts

In a letter to Department of Telecommunications Tata Teleservices Ltd (TTL) has demanded release of start up spectrum for its GSM services in 39 districts across the country.

In Delhi and 39 other districts TTL had not got start up spectrum of 4.4 Mhz , though it had got  2G licences in 2008...

“TDSAT has allowed TTL petition thereby making TTL entitled for immediate allocation of GSM spectrum in Delhi and in 39 districts in 9 circles,” the operator said in a letter to DoT.
