The Kerala based telecom infra firm ATC Telecom Tower Corporation has moved the sectoral tribunal TDSAT seeking recovery of  Rs 70 lakh in dues from mobile operator Etisalat DB.

Etisalat DB has closed its India operations following cancellation of its license. The matter is listed for hearing on Friday. ATC Telecom Tower was providing telecommunications infrastructure services to Etisalat DB, a joint venture between UAE based telecom giant Etisalat and Dyanmix Balwa group.

Earlier, on May 4, TDSAT had asked Etisalat DB not to transfer its equipments lying with the Anil Ambani group company, RInfra.
