Apple CEO Tim Cook met Narendra Modi on Saturday and launched an updated version of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi mobile app.
Apple CEO Tim Cook began his first official visit to India by offering prayers at Mumbai’s Siddhivinayak temple and also met Anant Ambani, the son of Mukesh Ambani.
Also Reliance Jio may have struck a master stroke by bundling its proposed 4G services with iPhone. Reports appearing in a section of media suggest that Apple CEO Tim Cook has given his nod for the proposal.
Reliance Jio is the only 4G network in India that is promoting Voice over LTE (VoLTE). This makes it a good bet for Apple
Also on Twitter PM Modi thanked Cook for launcing the app. "I am delighted to share that Mr. Tim Cook launched an updated version of Narendra Modi mobile app. Thank you, Mr. Cook." PM Modi said.
Cook too thanked PM Modi on Twitter. "Thanks PM @narendramodi for a great meeting. Already looking forward to next visit to India. Best wishes on the app!" |
