In a one-of-its-kind customer centric initiative by a telecom service provider, Connect Broadband, market leader in wireline and broadband services across Punjab, today announced “Connect Rewards”, program for its patrons. The program aims to recognize and appreciate its new and existing customers for every spend they make on the broadband service.
Connect customers can benefit from the Rewards programme simply by paying their bills online, activating E bill services, Payment of bill on or before due date, registering on Connect App, Plan Up-gradation, Wi-Fi migration, purchase of VAS services. The point ranges from 20-100 depending on the activity. Customers will have the option of redeeming their points through Connect Broadband App.
What’s more? Each Customer will be given 100 reward points additional on their birthday. These accumulated points can be exchanged for items from the loyalty catalogue in the form of products and services like Local / STD / ISD top Ups, Data on demand, CPE, Wi-Fi Router, Wi-Fi Booster, TV Dongle.
