Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) that nationally operates its telecom services under the MTS brand with over 16 million wireless customers on Wednesday three Android based Smartphones, MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 352 and MTS MTag 281.

Priced in the range of Rs. 5499 to Rs 7499, the new additions to the MTS Smartphone range run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and come bundled with ‘unlimited’ data plans. The latest launch is in line with MTS’ strategy to offer a greater choice to CDMA Smartphone customers. With this latest launch, the company has now brought FOUR new Android Smartphones to the market in the last 60 days, having earlier launched the MTS MTag 401.

MTS now offers a comprehensive range of Android Smartphones for discerning, on the move, tech savvy youth. MTS MTag 351, MTS MTag 352 and MTS MTag 281 are powered by best in class Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor, running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform and come bundled with unlimited “All You Can Use” High Speed Data plans and local MTS to MTS Calls.”

MTS MTag 351 is packed with a vibrant 8.89cms (3.5”) 320X480 (HVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a 1300 mAh battery. MTag351 features a dual camera with flash (3.0 megapixel back and VGA Front); high speed Wireless Tethering -Mobile Hotspot, an expandable memory slot of up to 32 GB; pre-bundled with a 2 GB card in box and is available in two peppy colors, Spicy Red and Bluish Black.  The Smartphone will be available for Rs 7499.

Designed with oodles of style and elegance comes MTS MTag 352. A stylish silver frame sports a large 8.89cms (3.5”) 320X480 (HVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch. MTS MTag 352 runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and comes pre-bundled with exciting applications. The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a large 1400 mAh battery. MTag352 features a 3.0 megapixel back camera, High speed Wireless Tethering -Mobile Hotspot, an expandable memory slot of up to 32 GB; and comes pre-bundled with a 2 GB card in box. The Smartphone will be available for Rs 6499.

MTS MTag 281, packs a vibrant 7.11 Cm (2.8”) 240X320 (QVGA) pixel display with capacitive touch and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The Smartphone is powered by the advanced 800 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 Processor and comes with a 1200 mAh battery. MTag281 features a 3.0 megapixel back camera; High speed Wireless Tethering, Mobile Hotspot, an expandable memory slot of up to 32 GB; and comes pre-bundled with a 2 GB card in box. The package also contains 3 additional back covers (red, white and blue) to suit your every mood. The Smartphone will be available for Rs 5499.

Backed by the advanced MTS High Speed Data network and unlimited data plans, these Smartphones make surfing and application usage a breeze. All three Smartphones come with pre-embedded MTS TV application allowing its users on the move access to Live TV with more than 100 channels. Users get access to almost 450,000 applications and games from Google Play (market).
