TTML to offload 49% stake in tower subsidiary

Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd  (TTML) is in the process of offloading its stake in its telecom tower arm, 21st Century Infratel.

 

Company CFO, S Venkatesan said that the board as well as the shareholders had approved the proposal and the firm is now in talks with potential interested players.

 

The tower subsidiary has 2000 towers with a tenancy ratio at 1.4.
