GTS launches new HD quality video conferencing service, accessible anytime, anywhere
TT Correspondent |  |  14 Jun 2012

GTS Central Europe, a leading infrastructure-based provider of telecommunications services in Central and Eastern Europe has said that it has aunched its new service, GTS Videoconference.

The service provides an HD quality video experience on a wide range of devices and enables companies to convert their ordinary IP networks into sophisticated and accessible video communication systems.

GTS Videoconference provides a high-quality experience on smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers or conference room systems. A wide range of supported devices means that customers can easily deploy the system within their existing IT infrastructure, using off-the-shelf devices they already own, without the need to invest in  proprietary hardware.

“We provide a very practical and attractive solution for companies looking to facilitate interpersonal communications and cooperation in all areas of life,” says Artur Ostrowski, Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions at GTS. “We see HD quality conferencing as a natural extension of the way people work and communicate nowadays and we offer our customers the possibility of connecting through their smartphone at the airport in New York as well as through a computer in Prague,” adds Ostrowski.

An intuitive, web-based configuration panel gives customers full control of their videoconferencing experience. Administrators can centrally configure, manage and scale the system, including endpoints, infrastructure and licenses. Accredited users can set preferences, invite guests, control conferences and interact with employees, clients or partners moving business to new levels of efficiency.
