In this role, you will develop and enhance software on our industry leading Multi Service Edge Router (MSER) products. Our award winning products help service providers build broadband networks that can deliver triple play services such as IPTV, Video on Demand, Video Conferencing, Virtual Private Networks, Broadband Aggregation, Wi-Fi solutions, Multimedia Networks, and Edge Routing.

Design, develop, implement and enhance Subscriber Management features in the IPOS

Emphasis on AAA protocols (Diameter, RADIUS, TACACS), services, and capabilities

Demonstrable expertise in access protocols (PPP, L2TP, PPTP)

Work includes Service Provisioning, Subscriber Management, Policy Management, IP Pool (IPv4, IPv6) Management and High Availability

Analyze customer and marketing requests for feasibility, costs and development effort

Analyze customer defect reports and provide resolutions/workarounds

Write technical specifications as per Product Requirement Documents.

Perform all levels of unit testing and integration testing with cross-functional teams to maintain functionality and quality of codebase.
