•Responsible for the servicing a group of clients and the management and development of all projects per client. Contributes to the management of the Client Services team and supports new pitches and new business development activity.

•Supporting the team in achieving agreed gross sales targets for the year.

•Maintaining and developing all digital projects including strategy, engagement and analyzing performance of all services delivered and recommends necessary optimizations.

•Ensuring quality and timeliness of work delivered to clients, including organizing quarterly key account reviews with clients and internal reviews.

•Supporting team on new business development by creating competitive scopes under managerial direction. Financial management (billing & recoveries) and reporting of client portfolio.
