· To handle and analyse Customer Service Requests and recommend timely actions and solutions to Customer Service Requests without any guidance or supervision.

· To be a member of Emergency Support team and handle all emergency situations in the shortest possible time.

· To analyse trouble reports with a view to answering trouble reports within contracted lead times for majority of trouble reports.

· To perform quality and desk checks of corrections.

· To participate and execute implementation of new application systems in the network with minimum guidance.

. To participate in Technical Operational Review Meetings with customer.
