Job Profile/Description :

-Architect, design and implement VAS products Interactive Voice Response (IVR) including flow charts, scripting.
-Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment to End-of-Life.
-Device innovative and effective solutions in the value added services space.
-Interface with customer account teams on issues relating to VAS products.
-Track product enhancements across channels. -Analyze market conditions for products and services.
-Responsible for technical quality and on time delivery.
-Involvement in the complete definition of the project requirement. -Identify new product and strategy development. -Identify new product and strategy development.
-Help pre-sale/sales team to delivery technical architect product notes.
-Responsible for Budget/costing with regard to Products.

UG - Any Graduate AND PG - Any PG Course
|

Experience :
2 - 7 Years
|

Other/Special Requirements :
Good knowledge of telecom services and solutions.
