•Farming organization will be responsible for Taking over of accounts from Hunters on closure for revenue realization by delivering projects on time.

•Collection and ongoing customer satisfaction.

•Up selling and Cross selling of Services in allocated accounts.

•Farmers will be supported by Project Delivery team for service delivery, Customer Support Manager for managing ongoing service reviews and CRM for Collections.

•Primary KRA on revenue growth and cross / up sell in existing accounts only.
