Job Description:
Position : Cluster Head - North east
Location : Agartala
Job Profile/Description :
  • This role is responsible for Revenue & Profit delivery for both Postpaid & Prepaid Products in the assigned Geographical Cluster - the role needs to coordinate closely with Commercial & CC in fulfillment of tasks.
  • Prepare Business Plans in line with AOP for the Cluster in conjunction with Circle Prepaid & Postpaid Heads as well as Circle Head / RIM Business Head
  • Review Performance by Business & implement corrective actions to achieve AOP
  • Monitor & evaluate Cluster specific Business opportunities, Competitive offerings, Marketing avenues & recommend plans to capitalize on the same
  • Overall performance management & KPI delivery for a geographical region within a circle typically consisting of 3-4 districts
  • Performance delivery for the following functions is expected - channel sales teams Distribution, Retail & Outbound.
  • Customer Service Delivery comprising of Acquisition Processes, Customer Care. Operations, Billing & Collection, Retention, Training & QA.
  • Commercial channel accounting & payments, policy adherence.
  • Responsible for Gross Adds & Net Adds performance for both Postpaid & Prepaid through all 3 channels.
  • Achievement of Revenue targets.
  • Achievement of Acquisition & Revenue market share in assigned cluster.
  • Competitive benchmarking & appointment of adequate infrastructure for each of the channels.
  • Ensuring Retention of all High Value Customers.
  • Managing & motivating employees in the cluster.
  • Training & development of team.
  • Ensuring adherence to all systems & processes.
Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - PG - Any PG Course
Experience : 12 to 16 years
Other/Special Requirements : Providing value added insight on growth opportunities.
