Job Description:
Position : Cluster Distribution Lead
Location : Durgapur
Job Profile/Description :

Responsible for expansion & profitability of RIM Prepaid business in the Cluster

Achieve Primary targets for Handsets & RCVs through close supervision of Prepaid Sales Executives

Set targets & evaluate Secondary placement & target achievement for Handsets & RCVs from individual SEs; continuously provide On-Job-Training to team of SEs

Improve distribution and visibility of Open Market Handsets in coordination with distributors of other vendors (Nokia/Motorola etc).

To ensure establishment of a chain of Preferred Retailers in the geography so that Company Visibility and Customer Service are provided.

Design schemes & promotions to increase distribution width & depth for Handsets & RCVs

Drive merchandising excellence including the use of signages & vinyls for visibility leadership against competition through proper guidance to SEs

Ensure a big-impact launch in all towns including implementation of task force storming, visbility etc.

Evaluate current efforts & improve the same in terms of cost effectivity & impact

Monitor the performance of towns in the Cluster & initiate review with the TEs on distributors

Create a base of outlets for RCVs

The person has to work closely with the Cluster Head & the Circle Head to ensure RIM leadership in all new markets

Driving and managing the distribution network of personal business on circle level.

Market Growth & Target Achievement

Employee Development & motivation of the team

Responsible for expansion & profitability of Personal Business Prepaid business

Increase market share of Personal Business prepaid.

Drive subscriber acquisition

Provide strategic direction for Circle Prepaid business in terms of geographic thrust & consumer segments.

Increase market penetration of high-end handsets.

Maximize revenue per subscriber through recharge initiatives

Enhance visibility

The role has to work closely with the Cluster Heads to achieve business goals

Performance management, supervision & leadership of a team of Distribution Sales Executives.

Achievement of customer acquisition & revenue targets.

Achievement of Gross Adds market share.

Appointment & management of distributors & DSRs in line with competitive benchmarking.

Retail market coverage & increase of distribution depth & width in line with competitive benchmarking.

Market visibility & merchandising.

Training & development of team.

Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - PG - Any PG Course
Experience : 6 to 10 years
Other/Special Requirements : Ensuring adherence to customer acquisition processes & systems.
