Job Description:
Position : National Head - Smb(small and Medium Business)
Location : Navi Mumbai
Job Profile/Description :

As a key business driver and the fastest growing customer segment, SMB has to emerge as a key focus area for the Enterprise Business.

This role envisages to identify and evaluate value maximizing propositions for the in the SMB segment, formulate strategy to monetize the identified opportunities, build execution plans for the same, and ensure that the plans are executed to meet the stated objectives.

This role reports into Head Marketing and Strategy for our Domestic and Global Enterprise business.

The key objective of the role is to achieve revenue and revenue market, EBITDA and EBITDA market share for SMB segment.

Key deliverables:

Understand key business drivers and challenges impacting the SMB segment.

Review existing products, sales approach, customer service and branding.

Perform gap analysis between current state and desired state.

Determine a forward-looking SMB strategy based on a profitability analysis of solution scenarios.

Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - PG - Any PG Course
Experience : 13 to 17 years
Other/Special Requirements : Build execution plans by Vertical and Geography, secure the buy-in of the functional heads, and monitor execution.
