Job Description:
Position : DSE /territory Sales Manager - Telecom
Location : Jharkhand
Job Profile/Description :

The incumbent will be responsible for:

* Achieving target subscriber numbers in assigned geography.

* Achieving Primary targets for Handsets & RCVs.

* Ensuring Secondary placement & target achievement for Handsets & RCVs through Distributor Sales Representatives; continuously provide On-Job-Training to DSR team.

* Also personally evaluate & seek to improve distribution of Open Market Handsets in coordination with distributors of other vendors (Nokia/Motorola etc.)

* Constant focus & increasing distribution width & depth for Handsets & RCVs.

* Ensuring a high level of merchandising excellence including the use of signages & vinyls with a view to territory visibility leadership against competition.

* Monitoring the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions.

Qualification : UG - Any Graduate - PG - MBA/PGDM
Experience : 2 to 7 years
Other/Special Requirements : INR 2,00,000 - 3,75,000 P.A
Remuneration : Working closely with the Cluster Head to achieve the set business goals for his town/s.
