· Analysis of 2G performance statistics both counter and drive based

· Identification and analysis of key issues on the network in order to achieve QoS targets for 3G/2G

· Hands on knowledge on ERICSSON parameters/counters for 2G RF optimization to maintain good KPI is mandatory

· Good knowledge in BSS parameters

· Parameter audit and report preparation

· Good knowledge of hardware (RBS 6000 & RBS 3000 series) and software features and constraints for 3G/2G/LTE

· Hands on knowledge and highly proficient in use of BO templates, ENIQ and OSS GRAN tools of Ericsson

· Good Knowledge on various Ericsson 2G features for improving and optimizing the performance of the network

· Monitoring and improvement of KPI’s like network Quality of Service (QoS), TCH Drop Rate, SDCCH Drop Rate, TCH Blocking, SDCCH Blocking, Handover Success Rate, TCH Assignment Success Rate, CSSR

· Ability to analyze air interface signaling, neighbor relations

· Good knowledge in RF planning and coverage check using Atoll

· Strong knowledge of MS office & analytical presentation skills

· Must be a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning agility

· Good command over verbal and written English is required.
