Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Day to day accounting and book keeping.

2. Financial planning & analysis: performance reporting using key financial indicators

3. Business planning: analyse performance and prepare forecast vs. AOP

4. Budgeting: ensure budgetary control.

5. Tax compliance: Completion of filing and tax compliances in country

6. Transfer pricing: full study and compliance with transfer pricing policies of the Group.

Key Performance Indicators:

1. 100% statutory compliance

2. 100% timely and accurate Statutory and Management Accounts preparation

3. 100% audit of entities in region on schedule

4. Ensure actual opex is within budget.
