Loop Mobile launched its Mobile Service Gallery with a aim to provide flexibility to subscribers to access customer services at their doorstep.
The services offered under the Mobile Gallery will be similar to that of any Loop Mobile outlet such as activations of new postpaid & prepaid connections, prepaid recharges via e-top, on-the-spot bill payments will be offered at the mobile gallery, VAS activations & deactivations, SIM card replacement & upgradation, change of mobile number, change of tariff plans and resolution of billing & service queries.
The Mobile vans have been designed by Dilip Chabbaria. These are furnished with customer service desks, with three trained, smart & savvy executives posted for assistance. The van will visit different areas of Mumbai city daily, Subscribers will be informed a day prior via SMS about the van visting their neighbourhood.
