The government has constituted a committee to review the issues related to dwindling performance of BSNL and submit recommendations on overcoming these issues, reports the PTI.

The Committee will be headed by Sam Pitroda and also includes HDFC’s Deepak Parekh as well as Telecom Secretary P J Thomas.

The Committee will also look into issue of the mega-GSM tender of BSNL.
