ExlService Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of Outsourcing and Transformation services, has appointed Mohan A.V.K. as Global Head of Human Resources.

 Mohan will be responsible for the overall global HR strategy and will report to EXL'''s Chief Executive Officer Rohit Kapoor.

Mohan, who will be based in Noida, India, brings 23 years of HR experience and was most recently Group President, Global HR at Spice Group, a diversified conglomerate operating across Mobility, Entertainment and Information Technology businesses.
