Etisalat appoints senior executives in UAE and Pakistan

Etisalat Group has appointed Abdulrahim Al Nooryani Chief Procurement Officer EG as Chairman and CEO of Etisalat International Pakistan (EIP), and Obaid Bokisha Senior Vice President , Network Planning & Management, EG as Chief Procurement Officer.

 

Etisalat said it has invested heavily in the development of its human capital, something that has been a pride and essential element in the progress of the company throughout the years with a presence today in 17 countries around the globe.

 

Abdul Aziz Al Sawaleh Chief Human Resources, EG said, “These two appointees will be responsible to support strategic direction EG is heading to. Al Nooryani will now oversee the Group’s operation in Pakistan and Bokisha takes over from Al Nooryani as Chief Procurement Officer for Etisalat Group, and will be in charge of all major contracts and agreements for the Group across all of its regional and global markets.

 

Al Nooryani has been the Chief Procurement Officer for Etisalat Group for the last 33 years, where he has tirelessly worked to support the growth of Etisalat Group across its key growth market in Asia and Africa.

 

Bokisha has been the Senior Vice President, Network Planning & Management for Etisalat Group, and brings with him over thirteen years of experience in the field of technology, having began his career with Etisalat in 1998 as Engineer GSM Planning and progressed well in the Mobile Networks Engineering
