  Here is good news for Marathi speaking people. The language which is spoken by more than 73 million has been added to Google Translate which means that the user can now find the content of the language on the web.
Google Translate already supports many other Indian languages like Hindi, Urdu Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
Google Translate is a free statistical multilingual machine-translation service provided by Google to translate written text from one language into another.
One of the viewers Sunny K. Ujjawal said that there is another is really a need for all Indian languages to be on Google Translate. Another viewer Leena vaidya also welcomed the idea inclusion of Marathi to this Google tool.
Other languages which are new additions to the Google Translate are Bosnian the official language in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cebuano of Philippines, Hmong which is spoken in many countries across the world, including China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand andJavanese the second most-spoken language in Indonesia.
Currently Google Translate more than 70 of the world languages. Till now the popular languages whose content is available on the web are English, Chinese, French or Spanish. But there are millions of people around the world who speak an incredible array of languages that currently have a small presence across the web.
Before October 2007, for languages other than Arabic, Chinese and Russian, Google used a SYSTRAN based translator which is used by other translation services such as Babel Fish, AOL, and Yahoo.
On May 26, 2011, Google announced that the Google Translate API had been deprecated and that it would cease functioning on December 1, 2011, "due to the substantial economic burden caused by extensive abuse."[3][4] The shutting down of the API, which is used by a number of websites, has led to criticism of Google and developers questioning the viability of using Google APIs in their products.[5][6]
On June 3, 2011, Google announced that they were canceling its plan to terminate the Translate API due to public pressure. In the same announcement, Google said that it will release a paid version of the Translate AP
