Kavveri gets FCC nod for use of 4G technology in network across North America

The company in India has also entered in 10 year contract with some of the service providers. However, it is not yet known to have deployed IBS for 4G.

 

Commenting on this approval Shivakumar Reddy, managing director, Kavveri Telecom Products and Bill McBride, executive vice president, said, “This is huge recognition for Spotwave Wireless and Kavveri Telecom Products internationally. With this approval, company can have access for its products across North America. We thank all our 600+ kavverians globally along with our engineers who work hard on R&D for delivering products which are accepted at international levels.”

 

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.5, or 0.23%, to trade at Rs 215.50. The total volume of shares traded was 31,634 at the BSE (11.14 a.m., Thursday).
