BSNL launched a new offer for its subscribers in Rajasthan offering a flat rate of 49 paise per minute for pre-paid customers anywhere in India on outgoing calls, SMS, and roaming.

For postpaid subscribers of plans 99, 225, 325, 525, 725, and 1500, BSNL is offering flat rate ranging from 49 paise to 50 paise per minute as well option of per second billing for local, STD and roaming calls.
