Bulk of the new connections are duplicate connections & are used as "use and throw". The talk time offered by each operator is so attractive that people who have a mobile phone buy these SIM for 'use and throw' purpose. How many of the new connections last for more than a month, the government will get the answer to what oprators have started doing.
