Vodafone Essar initiates ‘Happy to Help’ customer service in Kerala

Vodafone Essar has come up with a ‘Happy to Help’ customer service initiative in Kerala in an effort to offer assistance to the people during monsoon.

 

Under the initiative, Vodafone ushers will be stationed with huge umbrellas at major railway stations across the state. Ushers will also be stationed at Vodafone Stores to help customers in and out of the stores during monsoon.

 

Commenting on this initiative, K Sundararaman, Business Head, Vodafone Essar Kerala says, “Monsoon is a particularly difficult season for people in Kerala and through this initiative, we hope to bring relief to people during the downpour. We are always ready and ‘Happy to help’.

 

The operator has also conducted pre-monsoon network audits & implementing recommendations like Earth resistance verification, weather proofing, assurance of redundant power supply and ensuring adequate spare availability.
