ASUS launches M930 smart phone in India

The boost in the smartphone market has led ASUS to launch a new communicator style smart phone, M930 in India having a free-stop flipping hinge, allowing the user to adjust the phone to any angle or position.

 

This 2 mega-pixel camera phone runs on Windows Mobile 6 operating system and consists of two screens, one external 2-inches TFT LCD with 240 x 320 resolution and other internal 2.6-inches screen with 400 x 240 resolution. Further its unique full QWERTY keyboard and two fast and intuitive input options via the numeric keypad when closed enhance the user experience, says the company. 

 

The phone also supports GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, HSDPA, Bluetooth 2.0, Wi-Fi, and USB 2.0 for connectivity and claims to be the only communicator having a Web cam called as iCAM, claims the company.

 

The ASUS M930 will be available through India Digital Lifestyle Distributors Private Limited (IDLDPL) with a price tag of around Rs.27,900.
