Allied Digital buys US-based EnPointe Global for $30 million

Allied Digital Services Ltd (ADSL), an IT infrastructure management services provider has acquired US-based EnPointe Global Services in a mix of cash and equity deal worth $30 million (about Rs 129 crore).

 

The transaction involved the acquisition of 80.5 percent shareholding in the Infrastructure management arm of Nasdaq-listed EnPointe Technologies with payment of $10 million in the first phase followed by issuance of 7.45 lakh equity shares of Allied Digital to ENPT and additional cash of $ 4 million to En Pointe Global.
