Apple is really facing tough time these days. Following recent exposure over lack of comprehensive security measures giving other users an opportunity to access iPhone 3G devices as well as revelation of the fact that Apple has full control over each and every iPhone device sold, Apple in US has now been hit by a lawsuit filed against it and service provider AT&T by a user who is seeking damages from the alliance.
William Gills in a law suit has charged the Apple-AT&T alliance with over selling iPhone devices thereby causing the congestion of networks and ultimately resulting in unsatisfied services.
Further Williams has asked the court to prevent the alliance from promoting what he claims to be misleading campaigns of the service. |
