US court further postpones ruling on HTC’s lawsuit against Apple
TT Correspondent |  |  14 Dec 2011

A U.S. court on Wednesday has again postponed a final ruling on HTC Corp’s lawsuit against Apple Inc which demanding a ban on sales of HTC devices in the U.S. market.

Although no reason has been given for the postponement the International Trade Commission would now deliver its ruling on December 19.

The International Trade Commission had earlier scheduled a ruling for Wednesday, postponed from the original date of Dec. 6.

HTC is locked in legal battles with Apple and Samsung Electronics Co Ltd and the ruling is very vital for the company as it could mean a   ban on the sale of its handsets in the United States.
