Avaya tries to woe Nortel reseller partners by offering incentives

Leading enterprise communications solution provider, Avaya announced a new programme aimed at attracting Nortel resellers by offering them incentives and fast track access o its own business partner porgramme. The move follows similar initiatives by Juniper, Extreme and F5 to woe business partners of Nortel.

 

Avaya as part of its programme will offer incentives to these resellers for every new customer addition and product order.

 

The programme is basically focused around Avaya''s unified communications and contact centre solutions.

 

Nortel is facing a tough time trying to convince its business partners to stay afloat ever since it has filed for bankruptcy. Earlier reports had even suggested that the company may exit the enterprise business vertical.
