Nortel forecasts 80% adoption for LTE to offer 4G services

Nortel appeared to be upbeat about the potential of Long Term Evolution (LTE) for 4G network as it forecasts an 80 percent adoption of the LTE by carriers.

 

The company is already aggressive on pushing the adoption of the technology so much so that it is positioning LTE as a potential successor to widely accepted WCDMA.
