  Keeping in mind the transformation the mobile phones are bringing about in the field of education, MoMagic Technologies, which focuses on mobile platform operation and mobile Internet service for India and other emerging markets is launching a number of Educational apps in a wide range for various age groups.
One of the apps “KIDS ABC” is fit for the toddlers or preschool kids. It has a number of interactive games that allows easy learning of alphabets and colors. One needs to match colors and pictures with alphabets and also makes it easier for them to learn alphabets. “Mathemagic”, a Math app removes the common fear of Math from children by making learning fun. It has games where one needs to guess missing mathematical operators and numbers in an equation and a sort of rapid fire math game where user to quickly solve math problems.
Other apps developed are “Topper’s Top” that has tips and tricks for toppers as to how one should study and prepare for an examination. It also provides educational Did You Know facts that aim to increase the General Knowledge of a student.
“Success Tips” provides tips as to how to be a better student and professional in career afterwards. It aims to be a guide for students once they move from being a student to a professional.
“College Guide” is a very informative app for students applying for colleges. It provides information on colleges and courses available and acts as a career counselor on mobile.
Apart from acting as a guide, some apps help in increasing vocabulary. “English Dictionary” provides access to all English words and phrases on the mobile. “Word of the Day” provides user everyday with a word and its meaning to increase the vocabulary of a user.
