Kingfisher Airlines applies for in-flight mobile service approval

Kingfisher Airlines has sought clearance from the government as it aims to offer inflight mobile services on its international flights. The Airline wants to offer this service from day one of its international flight services launch scheduled for August.

 

The company claims that its aircraft will have the required infrastructure installed for inflight mobile services.


Jet Airways and Air India are also reported to be considering offering such services.
