Redbus allows users to book bus tickets via GPRS-enabled mobile phones

Redbus.in, an online bus ticketing company has collaborated with JiGrahak Mobility Solutions to allow consumers book bus tickets from their GPRS-enabled mobile phones.

 

While speaking on the JiGrahak ngpay technology powered service, Phanindra Sama, CEO, RedBus opined that the growing penetration of mobile phone in India makes mobile phones as an excellent medium to offer convenience to customers and therefore the future of internet rests on mobile phones.

 

Mayank Bidawatka, head of marketing, Redbus further said the new mobile application will take booking bus tickets to a newer level.
