TT Bureau |  |  10 Jun 2008

All the cine-goers in Europe can now watch their favorite movies while on the move on their mobile handsets, with Motorola in association with Paramount Digital Entertainment introducing full-length films exclusively for mobile handsets.

The Illinois-based communications giant currently offers 40 films from the Paramount entertainment, serving a combination of old and newer films like The Italian Job, Star Trek, Mission Impossible and so forth.

The films, available through the Motorola website, can be presently accessed by the citizenry of UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, at the cost of £5.99 per movie and £8.99 for the newer movies, as and when they will be available.

To download the films, one must have a Motorola phone, which is compatible with OMA 2.0 and housing the H.264 (MPEG4) codec.
