Virgin Mobile USA introduces unlimited calling prepaid plan for $79.99 per month
TT Bureau |  |  24 Jun 2008

Virgin Mobile USA has introduced a new prepaid offer with unlimited calling for $79.99 per month. The move follows Virgin’s earlier attempt to trigger a price war as it offered 1000 minutes of usage for $99.99 per month which was quickly matched by its competitors.

The new scheme will be available to subscribers from July 1. Virgin’s new plans are infact lower than Sprint’s offer of a similar scheme at $89.99 per month. Interestingly Virgin uses Sprint Network to offer its MVNO services in USA.
