EA Mobile to launch 15 games next month in alliance with Airtel, Vodafone

EA Mobile, part of online gaming company Electronic Arts plans to launch 15 new games for mobile subscribers by next month and has already forged alliance with Airtel and Vodafone for the same.

 

The company is on an expansion mode in India after acquisition of Hyederabad-based Jamdat and has increased its headcount from current figure of 60 to 250. According to the company initial bottlenecks pertained to inferior GPRS network problems and preference for cricket based games with the consumers. But the company feels that challenges posed by both the issues have receded.
