Cethar Consultancy Services announced the launch of new software for mobile phones called, CetharQuest aimed at offering 16 text-based information services with m-learning also featuring among a host of other applications.

The company says that the platform can help those on the move to learn languages as well as enable corporates to enroll employees into mobile corporate training programmes.

The service requires an upfront charge and is then ready for download onto the mobile handset.
