Aryty set to foray into calling card business in India

Aryty, a US-based firm dealing in calling card services is all set to offer its services within two weeks time to Indian diaspora in the US, Canada and the Gulf.

 

According to the company’s statistics, US has 2.7 million people with Indian roots, Gulf region has 5.5 million while Canada has 850,000.

 

The company’s revenue model banks on commission from operators in the same way as these operators offer commission to their distributors.

 

The service allows subscribers in US, Canada and Gulf to purchase prepaid talk time credit for for friends and family abroad who use prepaid mobile phone plans.
