UTStarcom bags new contract from Aksh for IPTV services in Mumbai

UTStarcom announced bagging its second contract from Aksh Optifibre for the latter''s IPTV service offering to MTNL subscribers in Mumbai. The first order pertained to Aksh's service offerings in Delhi.

 

The new contract will involve deployment of UTStarcom's RollingStream IPTV solution.

 

“Innovation brings progress and Aksh understands the importance of maintaining cutting-edge technology as India embarks on pivotal IPTV growth. Our relationship with UTStarcom to bring the first IPTV service to India led that innovation, and now we are hoping to bring those high-quality entertainment services to more subscribers,” said Dr. Kailash S.
