Mobile news aggregator Mobispine AB has acquired NewsAlloy, a web based feed reader which will enable the company to combine NewsAlloy’s technology to provide a cross-platform news service for mobile users.

On this acquisition Volodymyr Danylyu, Founder, NewsAlloy said, "The combination of Mobispine and NewsAlloy offers end-users the opportunity to use a killer application and experience a superior mobile and PC content aggregation service.”
