China Mobile focuses on tie-ups, tariff reduction for roaming services during Olympic Games

China Mobile is in talks with other major global mobile operators to lower down the roaming charges in China at the time of Beijing Olympics.

 

The company also plans to offer international users with roaming SIM cards and phone leasing services during the same time period. In addition to it, the company will provide live broadcast services for the games through TD-SCDMA handsets.

 

As per media reports, China Mobile is expected to have 100,000 TD-SCDMA users during Olympics.
