Celltick has announced the launch of a mobile media service for the China Unicom network users’ to view Olympic related news in their idle screen.

The service will be provided to China Unicom users in their SIM cards which will be available in retail outlets around Beijing, and the service will be offered in English and Chinese.

The content will be sourced from Xinhua News, China’s official news agency.  The content includes Olympics-related latest news, results and anecdotes and topical games and applications. It will also provide content relating to news, lifestyle, fun, business and entertainment.
