FLM ties-up with ‘Monkey with a shotgun’
TT Bureau |  |  19 Aug 2008

California-based Fun Little Movies (FLM), an auxiliary branch of ROK Entertainment Group Inc., said it has joined hands with ‘Monkey with a Shotgun’, a collective comedy group to sashay real comedy in a mobile phone avatar for the company’s global mobile distribution network.

The new series, titled ‘The Learnin’ Place’, features a satirical look at the proliferation of adult education classes, taken to the extreme and will be advertising-funded.

The series is available in short video clips which are either downloadable or can be viewed for free on iPhones and via Sprint and Verizon Wireless ‘Rhythm Video’ services across the US.

Commenting on the collaboration, FLM''s President and Chief Creative Officer Frank Chindamo said, “We are thrilled to be working with creative talent like Monkey with a Shotgun. Our global audience expects great content from FLM and this deal is part of our ongoing strategy to reach out and work in co-operation with the best creators in the business to deliver instantly engaging mobile content.”
