Tata Comm ties up with Bharti Telesoft

Tata Communications announced that it has tied up with Bharti Telesoft to launch its CAMEL Exchange (ICX), a value added service that promises to enable mobile operators to significantly reduce the time frame, implementation and maintenance cost of roaming.
