BSNL to launch IPTV service in Lucknow on October 15

BSNL is set to do a soft launch of its IPTV services in Lucknow on October 15 with a more comprehensive and commercial launch to be held on December 2008.

The company is banking on IPTV and triple player services to keep acheck on its dwindling fixedline subscriber base.
